40 to 45 mint
  • 250 gbutter
  • 4eggs
  • 4 cupssugar
  • 1/2 tbspyeast
  • 1mudu flour
  • 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2medium coconut
  • 1 tbspflavour

Steps

40 to 45 mint
  1. 1

    Mix your butter sugar until soft add your eggs and flavour mix then add your yeast baking powder and flour then mix

    Add your coconut and the remaining flour add salt and water then mix the dough then cut them in a straight shape add veg oil and fry.enjoy
