Naan Roti

Cooking Instructions
- 1
First, sift the flour into a large bowl. Add salt, baking powder, baking soda, yogurt, oil, and sugar. Mix in water as needed to knead a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
- 2
- 3
Knead the dough again until smooth.
- 4
Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a ball. Flatten it slightly, then sprinkle nigella seeds and chopped cilantro on top. Roll it out into an oval or long shape.
- 5
Heat a skillet or griddle. Brush water on the back side of the naan and place it water-side down on the skillet. Cook on low heat for about 2 minutes.
- 6
Flip the skillet upside down over the flame to cook the top of the naan until it puffs up and gets golden spots. Remove and brush hot naan with butter.
- 7
Serve the naan hot with any curry or vegetable dish.
