  1. 6eggs
  2. 1 cantuna
  3. 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  4. 1 tablespoonchia seeds
  5. black pepper
  6. sea salt
  7. rye bread

Cooking Instructions

    Steam or boil the eggs until fully cooked, about 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water, let cool, peel, and mash them.

    Add drained tuna, chia seeds, mayonnaise, 6-8 twists of black pepper, 2 twists of sea salt, and the mashed eggs. Mix well and spread on rye bread. Toast the bread for extra crunch if desired. You can add more black pepper and herbs on top.
