Chips with cabbage and carrots sauce and fried chicken

    Peel, slice and wash the Irish. Deep fry in hot oil.

    Peel the carrot back and slice into desired shapes. Slice the cabbage and wash salty water, drain in a colander.

  3. 3

    Grate the pepper and onion fry in a little oil, add in the Maggi and spices. Add in a little water and pour in the cabbage and carrots. Cook on a low heat for ten mins. Serve with chips and fried chicken. Enjoy
