Ingredients

  1. 18xtra lg eggs
  2. 1/2 cupshredded smoked cheddar
  3. 1/4 cuppeppered bacon, cooked and crumbled
  4. 1/2 cupsour cream
  5. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  6. 1 tbsspicy brown mustard
  7. 1 tspgranulated garlic
  8. 1/2 tspground white pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Hard boil eggs, then peel. Cut in half. Remove yolks to a bowl and plate the egg whites.

    Mix yolks with the rest of ingredients.

  3. 3

    Fill whites with mixture. Refrigerate for an hour. Serve and enjoy.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
