Boil and peel eggs cut up and fry bacon. Drain.

Cut in half and remove yolk in bowl

With mixer on med mix yolks Mayo ranch mustard salt and pepper

After smooth add in bacon. Fill egg whites with mixture. Sprinkle with

Note: if u use a Ziploc bag filled with mixture and cut corner out (a makeshift piping bad) it cuts your time in half.

中秋節收到廠商寄來的有機放養雞蛋，就來準備這一道簡單又美味的沙拉蛋囉！訣竅提示水煮蛋看似簡單，但是要煮到恰到好處可以參考下面幾點：1. 絕對新鮮的蛋2. 可在水裡面加少許的鹽與醋，可以讓蛋比較不會裂開3. 水滾了再下蛋，滾水煮10分鐘左右是最好的～超過時間煮出來的蛋會變硬變黃記得美乃滋買一般市售的甜甜的那種喔！食後感想這道餐點非常容易，如果家中小朋友不愛吃蛋黃，可以試試看這一道。因為蛋黃加了美乃滋以及其他東西，讓整個蛋黃不至於那麼乾澀無味。而這個也適合當Party的前菜，事先做好冰在冰箱，好好吃喔！
