  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 tspbutter
  4. 1 tspbutterscotch essence
  5. 2 tsp fresh cream

    Roast peanuts, remove peels.take a pan put sugar in it.

    Once starts melting add butter and mix well.remove from gas put fresh cream and essence mix well.butterscoth sauce is ready.put roasted peanuts in it mix well.put on butter paper and allow it to cool.

    Separate the peanuts and keep in air tight container.you can use them as ice cream toppings or in smoothie,shakes,it gives nice crunch to dish.you can enjoy them as it is also tastes yum.do try this.
