Ingredients

  1. 4 ozSugar
  2. 4 ozBrown sugar
  3. 5 ozButter softened
  4. 3/4 tspSalt
  5. 3 ozEggs
  6. 10 ozFlour
  7. 1 tspVanilla extract
  8. 4 ozChopped toasted peanut
  9. 4 ozButterscotch chips
  10. 3/4 tspBaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Mix sugar, salt and butter in mixing bowl. Mix them for 3 to 5 minutes until smooth.

    Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Mix them until combined and smooth.

    Combine flour and baking soda in a bowl. Add them to the batter. Mix them until combined.

    Add the peanuts and butterscotch to the dough. Mix them until combined. Let it set for 1 hour.

    Pre heat the oven at 350degrees F. Portion the dough in about 0.7 ounces to a disk 1/2 inch. Cover the sheet pan with parchment paper and brush with melted butter or vegetable oil. Place the disk on the pan, it will fit 12 disk. Bake them for 8 to 9 min. Let the hot cookies rest.
