Cooking Instructions

Stir together butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl

Microwave mixture for 1 minute

Take out of the microwave and stir

Place mixture in microwave for an additional 10 seconds for as many times as necessary, until the butterscotch chips are melted

Stir in chow mein

Grease your hands and roll the mixture into small balls and place on a sheet of parchment

Use your thumb to make and indentation in the ball, to look like a nest

Let harden and place 3 eggs in each of the nests

Change up the recipe by using white chocolate or half semi sweet chocolate chips and half butterscotch

My family love this sauce and will happily eat it straight from the pan if its left unattended.Beautiful over crepes with sliced banana.Measurements dont really matter too much just approx equal quantities of butter and sugar and the cream can be added to personal taste whether you prefer it more toffee or more creamy.
