Mentsuyu and Butter Chicken Sauté

I used to soak it overnight in mentsuyu and cook it in the morning for bento, lunch box, but I made it this time as a main dish for dinner. It goes well with rice.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 largepiece Chicken thigh meat
  2. 1little less than 4-5 tablespoons Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  3. 1 tbspButter
  4. 2 tbspSake
  5. 1little more than 1 teaspoon Sugar
  6. 1as much (to taste) Thin green onions or scallions or chives
  7. 1add as much (to taste) Lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the whole piece of chicken thigh meat in mentsuyu overnight. It's convenient if you use a plastic bag. Add a little vegetable oil to the pan, add butter, and fry the chicken cut into easy-to-eat sizes.

    Once both sides are seared, add sugar. add the soaking sauce, and cook well. Drizzle sake and steam by covering the pan.

    Add plenty of chives, and drizzle the squeezed lemon juice.
