It's special to me because everybody love my eggs and I would like to just give some recipes I know to people to help them cook better are teach other people better.
Cooking Instructions

Put the butter on the skillet and wait till it melts all over the skillet between 4 and 5 minutes.

Put 6 eggs in, mix it and cook. When it's almost ready add a little salt and pepper then mix it all together.
- 3
Serve to 6 people.

Key is to whisk 90% of the time and to makse sure the pot doesn't get to hot to make really airy and creamy (without cream!) scrambled eggs. Definitely not as fast as scrambling eggs the traditional way, but truly decadent results!
