Vinegar makes the meat soft and moist!
Try out this pork steak with a slightly different Japanese flavor!

  3. 1Vegetable oil
  4. 1Side vegetables
  5. [The flavoring ingredients]
  6. 1 tbspMild vinegar
  7. 1 tbspSoy sauce

  9. 1 tbspMirin
  10. 1 tbspTempered wasabi

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Use a knife to make delicate cuts in the fat and muscle parts of the meat. (This is to keep it from shrinking from overcooking.) Use the flat part to pound the meat to soften.

  2. 2

Cover the meat with flour, shaking off any excess.

  3. 3

Coat a pan with oil and cook both sides until golden brown.

  4. 4

Add all of the flavoring ingredients and cook until the moisture has evaporated. Transfer to a plate and it's finished.
