Pork Steak Tagalog w Steamed Onions n Mushrooms this is a classic dish meat marinated with fried onions but instead of frying the onions and mushrooms I tried steaming them the onions became more succulent and the meat I marinated half and hour and cooked then simmer it’s as tender and juicy it will be enjoyable eating just serve it with hot rice wow . If you want instead of rice serve it as a wrap or a burrito or a Pork Steak Sandwich. Christian Allarde -

Sweet and Salty Pork Steak Sweet and Salty Pork Steak
I learned this recipe from my mother-in-law who is a great cook. The sweet and salty sauce will whet your appetite. Every time I make this, we run out of rice. It is a sure hit menu of my family. If you keep the meat macerated for too long or if you rub it in, the taste will be too strong so be careful. But when you don't have so much time, you can rub and grill it. Recipe by Miwamailove cookpad.japan -

Layered Pork "Steak" with Cheese using Thinly Sliced Pork Offcuts Layered Pork "Steak" with Cheese using Thinly Sliced Pork Offcuts
I wanted to make a surprisingly hearty dish using thinly sliced pork offcuts. My husband thought it was chicken the first time, and he was surprised, as I predicted.Since it's not a lump of meat, it's very tender, and even my 4 year old loved it and ate a big portion! If you use plastic wrap you can form the layered steak very easily.Make sure to fold in the sides so that the cheese won't come melting out while pan frying. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by Yusase mama cookpad.japan
