Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 250 grams- 300 grams Strawberries
  2. 4 tbspSugar
  3. 5 tspGelatin
  4. 100 mlWater (for soaking)
  5. 200 mlWater (boiled)
  6. 1few drops Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse, remove the stem, drain, and wipe dry the strawberries.

    Cut the strawberries into your preferred size and sprinkle sugar.

  3. 3

    Dissolve the gelatin in the soaking water and set aside.

  4. 4

    Stir the soaked gelatin mixture into boiled water.

  5. 5

    When the mixture has cooled down, mix in the strawberries.

  6. 6

    Pour into your preferred container and chill to set in the refrigerator.
