I love mixed fruit juice... so I tried making mixed fruit ice cream.

You can enjoy this as plain vanilla ice cream if you leave out the fruit.
You can add more or less sugar depending on how sweet you want it.
If you don't have bananas or peaches, it's fine without them. Recipe by ko-ko

Ingredients

  1. 2 largeEggs
  2. 20 gramsGranulated sugar
  3. 200 gramsHeavy cream
  4. 1half Banana
  5. 1half Peach
  6. 1pack Canned mixed fruit

Cooking Instructions

    Add the fruit mix (without the syrup), peach, and banana together in a bowl and mash together with a whisk. (Leave a few chunks of fruit).

    Take another bowl and place it in a larger bowl of hot water and blend in the eggs and sugar until thickened (but not too much).

  3. 3

    Put the cream in another bowl and whip until it forms firm peaks.

  4. 4

    Add the fruit from Step 1 to the cream from Step 3. Mix together.

  5. 5

    Slowly add your egg and sugar mixture from Step 2 to the mixture from Step 4. Blend together evenly.

    Pour into a mold and freeze.

  7. 7

    Serve!

    It's also pretty served in small glass bowls!
