This is a recipe I'm sharing since I love carrot salad and it's one that we use a lot at home.

Cooking Instructions

Shred the carrots. You can use a slicer. Lightly sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes. (Enough to allow the carrots to become slightly salty).

Combine the 〇 ingredients.

When the carrots become tender, mix into the bowl in Step 2, garnish with hand-shredded basil leaves, and serve.

Transfer to serving dish and serve.
