  • 2 tbspMayonnaise (calorie-reduced type)
  • 3 tbspYogurt
  • 2 tbspWhite ground sesame seeds
  • 2 pinchSalt

Steps

    Julienne the carrots, wrap in paper towels, then wrap again in plastic wrap. Microwave for 1 min at 600w.

    Julienne the chikuwa.
