Grilled Beef Skewers with Macaroni and Salad!

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbeef undercut cubes
  2. 1 packtikka masala
  3. 5/6 tbspYogurt
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. For Macaroni
  6. 1 packmacaroni
  7. Water and salt to boil it
  8. 1large or 2 small carrots
  9. 3/4green chillies
  10. Salt and black pepper for taste
  11. Coriander if you like to garnish
  12. 1/2 kgYogurt
  13. 2/3 tbspMayonnaise
  14. 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  15. 3/4 tbspMilkpak or and cream

    I marinated beef undercut cubes with tikka masala (packet one) with yogurt and oil.

    Refrigerate for overnight, instead of doing bbq I used bamboo skewers (soaked them for 30 minutes before using).

    Heat pan add oil grill beef sticks on it until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Give coal smoke in the end, for bbq like taste and smell.

    For macaroni salad: Boil macaroni according to given instructions, and drain water. Than mix everything in a bowl and its ready to serve. You can add or subtract anything to adjust the taste.

    Boiled potatoes, cut them in slices and sautéed them in oil, salt, pepper, chilli flakes amd italian herbs.

    Make any salad to serve with your bbq platter.
