Ingredients

3 - 5 minutes
4 - 6 servings
  1. 1.5 cupsBrown rice flour
  2. 1/2 cupCoconut flour
  3. 1/4 TeaspoonMurray river sea salt
  4. 2 TeaspoonsBaking powder
  5. 1.5 cupsUnsweetened Almond milk
  6. 1 scoopprotein powder of choice (optional)
  7. 2Eggs
  8. 4 TablespoonsCoconut oil
  9. 1 TablespoonMaple syrup
  10. 50 geach of Blueberries, Raspberries and Strawberries
  11. Olive/coconut oil spray

Cooking Instructions

3 - 5 minutes

    Heat a waffle maker.

  2. 2

    Combine all dry ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Mix the milk, coconut oil and eggs. Stir in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add a little more milk to make a batter consistency.

    Spray waffle maker lightly with spray. Pour batter into waffle maker, cook for 3-5 minutes, or until cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve topped with berries, banana maple syrup and a dollop or two of vanilla coconut yoghurt.

    Note: you can freeze leftover waffles in the freezer between baking paper.

    Note: If using protein powder you may want to add another 1/4 cup of almond milk so the consistency isn't too thick.
