Even when I'm on a diet, I want to eat cake! So, I thought up a cake that doesn't use any butter.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 300 gramsTofu (Silken)
  2. 200 gramsCake flour
  3. 60 gramsSugar
  4. 1Egg
  5. 5 gramsBaking powder
  6. 1 tspMatcha
  7. 70 gramsSweet black beans (cooked)

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk together the tofu (as is, without draining) and egg with a hand mixer until smooth.

  2. 2

    Add sifted cake flour, sugar, baking powder, and matcha to the tofu batter from Step 1, and thoroughly stir with a rubber spatula.

  3. 3

    Pour the batter from Step 2 into a greased pound cake mold, and bake for 45 to 50 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 180℃.
