After an hour.Take dough and cut into your dedired pieces.And each small dough will be knead like a string.Make two string and begin to braid.Before putting.in the oven brush with egg wash and sorinkle with sesame seed

Heat oven at 200c and bake for 18mins.When its ready remove from.oven and brush it with butter.

After trial and error, I came up with this recipe.For cute braids, roll out the dough so that the center is fatter and the ends are skinnier. It is rather easier since you make it just like a regular braid. Make sure to soften the cranberries or raisins by soaking them in warm water then wipe them dry. The bread came out so very soft and fluffy. The rounds were so good but the bottom of them turned hard on the second day, but the bread was perfect. I had my rounds on the bottom rack of the oven which is gas. I am thinking they may have gotten too hot. We have 2 racks in the oven.
