Healthy Steamed Chicken with Fragrant Sauce in 3 Minutes

I saw how to cook meat with residual heat on TV and I liked it. I cooked chicken breast by this method and served it with my original fragrant sauce. This combination was great and I am proud of it.
-Cook with enough water for the chicken breast to submerge completely.
-I left the chicken to sit in the water for about 20 minutes. It differs according to the pot you use. Cut a small bit and make sure it is cooked completely before serving. If it is still uncooked, return the meat to the pot and leave to stand for a little longer. Recipe by Banyangarden

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Rinse the chicken breast quickly. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to about 1 L of boiling water. Place the chicken breast in the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
- 2
After 3 minutes, turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Leave to stand for a while. You will have a pinkish and juicy steamed chicken! Thinly slice the chicken diagonally and transfer onto a serving dish.
- 3
Make the fragrant sauce. Combine the grated ginger and chopped green onion. Add the soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. Mix well.
- 4
[Note:] I served this dish with lettuce in the photo. It will be healthier if you eat this chicken with plenty of vegetables. Serve with your favourite vegetables.

Easy Tender Chicken Breast Stir-fry with Mayonnaise and Chilli Sauce Easy Tender Chicken Breast Stir-fry with Mayonnaise and Chilli Sauce
I'm trying out various methods right now for how to make chicken breast meat tender and delicious. It's cheap and healthy. I use the egg white left over from baking in chicken dishes. The sugar used to marinate the chicken tenderizes it too.If you cut up the chicken, wrap it in 100 g portions and freeze it; it's very handy. When cooking the chicken, if you touch them before the coating has hardened, it will slide off and stick the pan, so be careful. If it looks like the chicken is getting burned, turn off the heat for a while. Since you'll be simmering the chicken in Step 6, you don't have to cook the chicken through in Step 5. For 1 to 2 servings. Recipe by Iku.. cookpad.japan -
