  2. 160 mlMilk
  3. 20 gramsButter
  4. 20 gramsSugar
  5. 3 gramsSalt
  6. 3 gramsDry yeast
  7. To finish
  8. 1Granulated sugar
  9. 1Beaten egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Add all the ingredients except for the yeast to the bread maker. Add the yeast to the specified location. Start the bread course.

  2. 2

Once it's kneaded for 20 minutes remove the dough, cover with a wet cloth, and let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

Stretch the dough out into a rope.

  4. 4

Fold in half, and create a ring shape, pinching the ends.

  5. 5

    Twist it twice.

  6. 6

Second-rise in the oven at 40℃ for 35 minutes. Then use a brush to coat with beaten egg and sprinkle granulated sugar on top!

  7. 7

Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes. Preheating isn't absolutely necessary, but if you do decide to preheat the oven, bake it for 13-15 minutes. Adjust the baking time.
