Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 4 TBSvegetable oil
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1small onion
  5. 1sweet pepper
  6. 11/4warm water
  7. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the onion and the sweet pepper and keep aside.

    Put the flour in a container and salt and oil and mix very well, add the grated onion and sweet pepper.

    Add the warm water to the mixture and mix very well till the dough is formed.

    Cut it into balls and flatten in a working surface.

    Put a fry pan on fire and add a little oil in it and now put the flattened dough when it is done turn to the other side. Do same to all the flattened dough. I served mine with doum palm tea.
