Easy Cookies With Yogurt & Olive Oil

I love yogurt and olive oil. So I put them in cookie dough. I couldn't stop eating.
This dough is rather soft. These cookies look simple but cute if you use a spoon or finger instead of piping bag to place the dough. Adjust the baking time depending on your oven. Recipe by mini.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the ingredients in order with a whisk. Add the ingredients, cut in, and blend. Helpful hint: Don't over mix.
- 2
Put the dough into a piping bag and squeeze it out, or use a spoon to drop it on parchment paper. Put jam or dried fruits on top to taste.
- 3
Bake at 356°F/180℃ for 15~18 minutes. Cool down a little and they are done.
- 4
A friend said you can bake half of the dough in an oven for about 7 minutes.
- 5
Helpful hint to decorate the cookies with jam: Wet your finger or the end of a spoon handle to make a hole in the cookie dough so that the jam won't spill out.
- 6
Helpful tip for piping the dough: Wrap the dough with cling film before placing it inside the piping bag. Tie one end of the cling film.
- 7
Put the untied end through a piping nozzle. Put the bag in a piping bag.
- 8
Cut the cling film at the nozzle and squeeze out the dough. By doing so, the piping bag won't be dirty and it will be hard to burst. You can reuse the piping bag as well.

Lemon Cookies Made with Vegetable Oil Lemon Cookies Made with Vegetable Oil
Since it's become harder to get butter from the store, I wanted to make a cookie made with vegetable oil that didn't taste inferior to that made with butter. If the egg yolk is not at room temperature, it'll be hard to get it to emulsify.Add vegetable oil little by little and beat well. You can make this into a dough for plain cookies by using only a little over 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. I'm sure it's also good if you put in some finely cut lemon peel. It will taste lighter if you use powdered sugar. Recipe by Keyua cookpad.japan -
Basic Oil-Free Muffins with Yogurt Basic Oil-Free Muffins with Yogurt
I have made various muffins, but this is always the basic recipe. Since it's a basic recipe, it is light and slightly sweet. Top with your choice of topping for different flavors.Since the baking time will vary depending on the oven, poke the muffins with a skewer to determine if they have finished baking. If serving the following day, after they have cooled but are still warm, place them inside a resealable plastic bag. Depending on the topping (which can include black tea, chocolate chips, red bean paste, blueberries, processed cheese [cut into small cubes], or grated cheese), you can enjoy these muffins either for breakfast or for a snack. I think coffee or some other bitter tasting topping goes surprisingly well with these. Recipe by nathu cookpad.japan -
Crispy Olive Oil Coconut Cookies Crispy Olive Oil Coconut Cookies
I wanted to make healthy cookies using olive oil, and I came up with this through a lot of trial and error. It was impossible to cut them out clean because of the coconut, so I would recommend just cutting them with a knife – it's so much easier.Extra virgin olive oil has quite a strong taste, so I think normal olive oil is best. Chocolate Cookies Made with Vegetable Oil Chocolate Cookies Made with Vegetable Oil
I'm really into cookies made with vegetable oil. My daughter loves chocolate, so I came up with this recipe when I was trying to make chocolate cookies she would like. I made these with gateau au chocolat in mind.- If the egg yolk is not at room temperature, it'll be hard to get it to emulsify.- Add vegetable oil little by little and beat well.- If you use 30 g of cornstarch, the cookies will have an even more crumbly texture, but it will be a bit harder to get the dough to come together. Make them whichever way you like! Recipe by Keyua cookpad.japan -
Salted Shortbread Cookies with Olive Oil Salted Shortbread Cookies with Olive Oil
I created this recipe for my nephew, who has food allergies. With a lot of trial and error, I tried to imitate the taste of the shortbread sold at a Japanese confectionery shop in my hometown. At the time, I didn't know about Cookpad, so I had to experiment a lot. These shortbread cookies should be light-colored, so please adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your oven to make sure they don't burn. Definitely try to use extra virgin olive oil. The flavor will make you feel like olive oil is a kind of juice. Recipe by Barumako cookpad.japan -
Flour & Oil Free Okara Cookies Flour & Oil Free Okara Cookies
I have been making nothing but okara cake recently, and wanted to eat lots of cookies. But i wanted to keep the calorie count low. That limits on what ingredients I could use so I gave up on making them crispy and decided to switch gears and make them chewy. So I made these. But I don't know if these this chewy bites can be called cookies. But I don't know how else to to call them, so they are cookies.Mix the ingredients well. Adjust the time according to your oven. You can eat these freshly baked from the oven. The surface isn't so crispy, but you'll enjoy the chewy texture. As time goes by, they may lose their crispiness. Please keep that in mind.
