This is a modified chicken wing gyoza. It's a simply flavored mild teriyaki that the family will love.

If you're not used to removing bones, it can take some time. Do this step the day before to save time.

  • 14Chicken wings
  • 250 grams●Minced meat
  • 1/2●Onion
  • 1●Egg
  • 100 ml● Panko
  • 1 dasheach ●Salt and pepper
  • The sauce ingredients:
  • 2 tbspx 2 ★Soy sauce
  • 2 tbspx 2 ★Mirin
  • 2 tbspx 2 ★Sake
  • 2 tspx 2 ★Honey
  • 1/2 clovex 2 ★Grated ginger

Steps

    Use a knife or scissors to remove the bones. Scissors are easier.

    Mince the onion and mix together with the ● ingredients.

    Stuff the minced meat mixture from Step 2 into the chicken from Step 1. Pack in as much as possible.

    Cook half of the wings (7) in a non-oiled frying pan with the skin facing down. Cook until golden.

    Mix together the sauce ingredients (the first part) and add to the frying pan. Top with a lid and cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
