Extremely Easy!! Microwaved Poached Egg

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp
I once saw on TV that poached eggs could be made with water in the microwave, but I couldn't remember how to do it in detail, so I tried different variations!
There's a possibility that the egg will burst open, so make sure to completely cover the egg with water!
It's difficult to adjust the temperature, so I recommend 500-600 W! Recipe by Oni
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Break the egg into the ramekin.
- 2
Fill the ramekin with water. Pour the water gently around the edges!
- 3
Microwave! It takes about 1 minute 20 seconds at 600 W in my microwave!
- 4
Discard the water! It's hot, so be careful!
- 5
This is what it looks like after 1 minute 20 seconds at 600 W. Adjust the time for the doneness that you want.

Adjust the time as needed. There is a possibility that the egg will explode. Please follow the heating time and ingredient amounts properly. Recipe by *seren* cookpad.japan -

Poached Eggs in the Microwave Poached Eggs in the Microwave
I was looking for ways to make poached eggs, but most of the cooking methods I found required letting the egg sit for 10 minutes. Then I looked for other ways to make poached eggs much faster using a microwave, but the results didn't turn out very well. So, for my recipe, I made slight adjustments to the heating time. When you cook eggs in the microwave, there is a possibility that you could hurt yourself if the egg bursts. Hence, do not change the heating time. Recipe by Kawakamisan cookpad.japan -

This is a handy recipe for when you want to make soft-poached eggs. All you have to do is remember the water measurements, it's that easy.Any amount of water in the ratio of ☆5:★1 works for this. Just increase the amount of water in the same ratio when you have a lot of eggs. If you dampen the eggs, you'll be able to prevent the shells from cracking.Adjust the cooking time depending on your pan and stovetop. It should take about 15 minutes, but experiment to find your prefect doneness. Recipe by Miotasu cookpad.japan -
