Cooking Instructions

Take rava,add 1-2 spoon curd,water

Mix it well keep it aside

Now preheat idli cooker 5-10 minutes depends on your cooker

Add 1-2 pinch eno in idli batter now grease the mould and put idli batter in it

Now do the knife or toothpick test after some time and flame should be low

Add sambhar masala now add cooked toor daal with veggies in it

Cook for 20 minutes

For chutney grind all the chutney ingredients like fried bengal gram daal,coconut powder,red chillies 3-4,galic kaliya 3-4

Grind it with little water

Now for sambhar take toor daal,veggies in a cooker+water.

Add salt,turmeric powder,pinch of hing.

Cook it till 6-8 whistles

Now for tempering heat oil in a pan

Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,red chillies 3-4,finely chopped onion garlic

Put it on chutney

Serve hot
