Ingredients

  1. Chicken pieces with skin(500g)
  2. 1/4 tspSalt
  3. Tomato ketchup
  4. Spices
  5. 1onga or maggi
  6. For coating
  7. 1.5 cupall purpose flour
  8. 1/4 cupcorn flour
  9. 1/2 tspSalt
  10. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsptumeric powder(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix your tomato and spices together,and add the mixture to your chicken

    Marinate chicken for 2 hours

  3. 3

    Mix your flour,corn flour,spices,chilli powder and tumeric powder

  4. 4

    Dip chicken pieces in egg white to lightly coat them, then transfer to flour mixture. Turn a few times and make sure the flour mix is really stuck to the chicken. Repeat with all the chicken pieces.

    Let chicken pieces rest for 5 minutes

    Deep fry in hot oil on medium high flame,cook for 12 go 15 minutes until nicely brown
