Cooking Instructions

Peel cut and wash yam...Petra after to a pot,add water and salt and cook until tender

Cut into smaller pieces,Add oil to pan and let it be hot...crack egg,add maggi and onion mix well

Dust yam in flour,coat in egg and deep fry in hot oil until golden.

Transfer to a colander a d serve
