Rice swallow with dry okro soup

Cooking Instructions

Soak the rice for like 1hr(the essence of soaking the rice is it help to soften it)

Wash it and put it in a pot, add water and cook it, till it's very soft, get a wooden spatula and mix it throughly till its very smooth,cover it to steam for like 5min.mould it to your desire shapes.

In a pot, add red oil, add grated scotch bonnet and onion,add Maggi and fry it, after like 3mn of frying, add half grinded beans, Locust beans and potash, add water and leave it to cook till the beans is soft

Take the dry okro, be pouring it in and stirring it at the same time with whisker or fork, till it's thick...add nutmeg and cover it for 5min.done!😋
