Cooking Instructions

Wash the beef and cook with ginger, garlic, onions, seasonings and spices.
Peel and cut Irish and carrots, use the meat stock and cook the Irish and carrots until soft. Fry the peppers with onions, little oil, seasonings and spices, cut the cooked beef into small pieces, mix everything together. - 2
Refrigerate the meat stock or u add ice to it. In a clean bowl sift in the flour add butter mix well add egg white then gradually add the meat stock(it's well seasoned) until a dough is formed. Cover and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.

Cut and roll each, place on a cutter add fillings use water as glue and line in a oiled tray wash with egg yolk and bake until lightly golden.
