  3. 1 packfish block
  4. 5 piecesblack fungus or wood ear soaked in water
  5. 5Garlic
  6. 2shallots
  7. 3 slicesginger

  9. Halfcup water

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the fish block slices first then set aside

    Sautee garluc shallots ginger until fragrant.Thenbadd alk the.vegies.Mix well and cover.When the cabbage are almost ready combined the fish.block.mix it then season it with saltt to taste
