Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupbeans, 2 eggs (1 boiled 1 raw), scotch bonnet, pepper
  2. Seasoning, salt, garlic, ginger, onion and vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash and soak beans for 2 to 3 hours, then add pepper onion, scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger and blend untill smooth.

    Transfer into a clean bowl and andd salt chopped onions, seasoning, raw egg, oil and stir to smooth batter. Cut boiled egg as desired and put in the batter, transfer the batter into oil precoated containers.

    In a clean pot, add water and put on fire then placed the containers and cooked untill cooked. Serve with your sauce of interest.
