  1. White rice
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Onion
  4. Seasoning
  5. Spices
  6. Meat
  7. Daddawa
  8. Potash

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your rice and put it in a boil water cook it, till it's very soft, get a wooden spoon and mix it throughly till its very smooth,cover it to steam then mould it to your desire shapes.

    In a pot, add plam oil and veg oil, add grated scotch bonnet and onion fry it, after frying,add water, seasonings, spices,daddawa, and boil meat leave it to cook.

    Thereafter make sure your karkashi have been picked. Put the picked karkashi in d basket and shake the basket very well to remove d sand. Pound the karkashi.

    After that add the karkashi to the boiling water and add potash immediately cover it for 3-5 minutes and bring the soup down.

    Ready to serve.
