Ingredients

  1. 200 grams moong dal
  2. 2drumsticks
  3. 2Potatoes
  4. 1brinjal
  5. 1carrot
  6. 2Tomatoes
  7. 100 gmspapaya
  8. Forseasoning-
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  11. 2red chillies
  12. 1 sprigcurry leaves
  13. 2 tbsponion chopped
  14. 2 tspoil
  15. As per tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast the moong dal. Chop all vegetables. Heat a pan add water put all chop vegetable salt & turmeric boils. When the vegetable half-boiled then wash the roasted dal &put on the half boiled vegetable & cooked nicely.

    Heat a seasoning pan put oil, put cumin seeds, asafoetida, red chili crackle. Then add chop onion sauted then put curry leaves sauted 20 seconds & pour on the Dalma. Moong dal Dalma is ready. Serve with roti, chapati, or rice.
