Cooking Instructions

Put the flour and margarine in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.

Mix Step 1 well and add the milk little by little, then mix it in. Make sure that no lumps form!

Heat the bowl at 700 W for 2.5 minutes. Part way through, stir the mixture to prevent lumps from forming. It's alright if the sauce bubbles and thickens.

Add the cheese to Step 3 and mix it all together patiently in round motions until it melts.

Once you've seasoned the sauce with salt and pepper, it's finished.
