Cooking Instructions

Hear 2-3 tbsp oil in pan. Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds. Fry it for few seconds.

Add 4 chopped boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and mix all well.

Cover and cook it for 4-5 minutes on low to medium flame mix it well.

Add 1/2 tsp chilliflakes for different taste.

Now Add lemon juice after turn off the flame and don't cook it now. Serves hot with chapati
