Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 100 gramsSilken tofu
  2. 80 grams☆Cake flour
  3. 20 grams☆Kinako
  4. 1 tsp☆Baking powder
  5. 60 gramsSugar
  6. 1Egg
  7. 20 gramsMelted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the ☆ ingredients together. Mash the tofu into a paste with a whisk. Preheat the oven to 170℃.

    Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the sugar in 2 batches and mix well after each addition. Add the tofu and mix.

    Add the melted butter and mix. Add the ☆ ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula until the flouriness is gone. Pour the batter into a baking pan and smooth out the surface.

    Drop the pan from a height of 10 cm. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Check with a skewer and if it comes out clean, it's done. Remove from the pan and let it cool on a rack.
