Anpanman Cake in 5 Minutes

I made this after plans to bake a cake fell through...
Originally, this was just going to be a topping for a cake.
This fuss-free cake is sure to delight Anpanman fans!
If you're in Japan, you can pick up this cake at Lawson's convenient stores. You can also show your affection by making a homemade cake.
The nose and cheeks are made with cut strawberries. They'll look cute if you keep them on the larger side. Recipe by Jamu@^-^@
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Warm the chocolate pen over a bain-marie until it melts.
- 2
Slice the strawberries in half horizontally. Line the bottoms up in threes.
- 3
Transfer the slices of swiss roll to a serving dish, and use appropriately-sized strawberries for Anpanman's nose and cheeks. Use a chocolate pen to draw the eyes and mouth. Ta-da! It's Anpanman!
- 4
With the remaining chocolate, write the honoree's name and message on the plate for a birthday celebration.

Chewy Chocolate Cake (5 Minute in the Microwave) Chewy Chocolate Cake (5 Minute in the Microwave)
I made a microwave cake from COOKPAD, but my family said it was a bit dry. So I tried adding milk and changing the amounts of the dry ingredients. It's good if you mix so that there's no lumps, but it's okay if there are a few.I used pure cocoa. If you use processed cocoa, reduce the amount of sugar a bit.If you use melted margarine or butter in place of vegetable oil, it'll have a better flavor. Recipe by Saepy cookpad.japan -
Hina Matsuri Cake Strawberry Angel Chiffon Cake Hina Matsuri Cake Strawberry Angel Chiffon Cake
I wanted to make a Hina doll cake so I tried this. I decided to make a cake based on peach flowers so I chose these decorations. I made the pink cream based on a recipe another user ("uno") recommended to me by lessening the amount of sugar.I used an angel chiffon cake, but of course you could bake a normal chiffon cake and decorate it the same way. It would be cute if you used sponge cake and carved out the middle too. Pick dark colored strawberries to purée for best results. Small strawberries normally make a darker mix. For one angel chiffon cake 15 cm [5.9 in] in diameter. Recipe by ai mama cookpad.japan -

I made a second version banana pound cake without any butter or oil as a snack or breakfast for my son who loves bananas. It's easy since it uses just one bowl, doesn't require any sifting, and minimizes the dishes to wash. The bananas give a mild sweetness to the cake, so no sugar is needed. The cooking time may vary depending on the type and size of your oven or on material of the pan that you are using. You can freeze the leftovers, then microwave them when you are ready to eat. Cute Petit Chocolate Cakes Baked in a Takoyaki Maker! Cute Petit Chocolate Cakes Baked in a Takoyaki Maker!
Make bite sized snacks using a takoyaki maker! They will be cute and bite-sized, so they are great for little gifts! Wonderful for Valentine's Day or Christmas sweets too. If you decorate them, they'll be even cuter. When baking these, cover with aluminium foil. Add the batter to the takoyaki maker, and leave until the surface is a bit dry. But be careful not to overcook them since will become hard! Please adjust the heat. Don't use the oiling brush you normally use for takoyaki, or your little cakes will become takoyaki-flavored. For 2 takoyaki maker batches worth. Recipe by Ro-zuminto cookpad.japan -
