Cooking Instructions

Mix the flour, salt and water until a smooth batter is formed
- 2
Add one tablespoon of oil and stir
- 3
Allow to cook then flip the other side
- 4
Repeat the process until the batter is finished
- 5
Grease a non-stick pan and pour in one ladle of the batter at a time
- 6
Mine was served with potatoes and beef soup
- 7
Serve with suop of your choice, it can also be served with honey or jam.

After a very long hunt I finally found the perfect fluffy bread recipe from a friend and tweaked it to makes my own. I used semolina to really add flavor. I can tell when it's been left out. Also the wheat protein is crucial to the light and fluffy texture. You can get bread flour and leave it out since that's what bread flour is. I just don't like storing different plain flour.
