I came up with different chicken recipes because I figured out how to tenderize chicken properly.

-Once chicken is inserted into the pot, turn off the heat immediately. Cover the pot and leave it until cool. It is simple but very important to make the chicken moist.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Chicken breast
  2. 100 ml◆Sake (cooking sake works too)
  3. 300 ml◆Water
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 1Cucumber
  6. 4 tbspSesame dressing

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the skin and the fat off the chicken. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sake (not listed) and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    In a pot, add chicken skin and water and bring it to a boil. Continue simmering for 3 minutes. Add the chicken breast into the pot and turn off the heat immediately.

    Cover the pot and leave it to cool. When it has cooled, shred the chicken along the grain.

    Cut of the stem end of the cucumber, slice it diagonally to 2 mm thick, then slice thinly to shred.

    Cut tomatoes in half, remove the stems, and slice into 2 mm thick half moons.

    Place the cut tomatoes on a serving plate. Pile the chicken and cucumber on top. Drizzle your favorite sesame salad dressing right before serving.
