Sesame Dressed Broccoli

This broccoli dresses up bland bento lunch boxes! I also really wanted to make this as a side-dish for dinner.
It tastes great mixed with the sesame sauce.
Adding the mentsuyu makes it taste like you actually spent time on it.
If you don't have mentsuyu, a little bit of konbu tea or dashi stock granules work too.
Spinach with sesame sauce is also yummy, but why not try this too when you have some of the sauce left over? Recipe by Shijimi24

Colorful Broccoli and Tomato Sesame Salad Colorful Broccoli and Tomato Sesame Salad
Thank you for making this recipe popular on February 8, 2014! This salad is refreshing with a non-oil dressing. The flavors blend well, making it easy to eat. Origin of this recipe: I once used leftover cold noodle sauce as a salad dressing and it was delicious, so I created a similar non-oil dressing to use in this recipe.かんかん008

Broccoli in Sesame Vinegar Miso Broccoli in Sesame Vinegar Miso
My grandmother used to make this sesame vinegar miso, which goes well with vegetables. It was passed down from my grandmother to my mother, and then to me. In my opinion, it has a real homemade taste. The vinegar miso is quite thick, and the flavour is strong. Dip into the veggies. Recipe by Snow*Love cookpad.japan -
Sesame Dressing Sesame Dressing
Coffee creamer that you bring home, but don't use: It's troublesome to refuse it when offered, but then again it's a waste to throw away. So I decided to use it in a dressing.Alternative name for this recipe: "Sesame Dressing (For Ku-chan)"My son loves this dressing. It's convenient if you use coffee creamer which holds 5 ml in each container. It tastes even better if you lightly toast the sesame seeds before grinding.Mix the dressing every time before use. Sesame Dressing Sesame Dressing
This is a make-ahead, keep in stock version of the dressing used in, Cabbage and Corn Salad. I got a request for a bigger amount version, so here it is.You can keep this in the refrigerator for about a week. Please use it up within that time if possible.I was able to keep it without it splitting for more than a week. (I just kept it in an ordinary container covered with plastic wrap.) For 2 servings x 5 times (10 servings). Recipe by Kokoa77 cookpad.japan -

Sautéed Broccoli and Beef with Sesame Gravy Sautéed Broccoli and Beef with Sesame Gravy
Since I will have an exam next week. My friend and I decided to meet up at the campus for a study group. And we also decided not to go out for lunch. Because we don’t want to waste our time for looking the restaurant, go there, waiting for the food, eating ,and again go back to the campus. So we decided to bring foods from home to share. Since two of my friends are going to bring the dessert and snacks, then I decided to bring rice complete with the dishes. So I made non spicy sautéed broccoli and beef with sesame gravy, deep fried chicken wings, and sliced omelette. I intended to make all the food non-spicy, because one of my friend, she doesn’t eat spicy food. Long story short, after I made the food than I arranged into a bento lunch using the takeout box. My friends were so happy. They’re enjoying every bite of the food. So, today I am going to share one of the recipe of those food. I am going to share how to make sautéed broccoli and beef with sesame gravy. Ops I forgot, I left the leftovers of the broccoli and beef for my hubby. And when I got home, it was already gone. He ate whole thing. When he came home from exercising he said that “the broccoli and beef was so delicious “. Of course I take that compliment, because it makes me happy 😊All right let’s jump to the recipe. Shall we....? Nia Hiura -

Sesame Sauce Sesame Sauce
I thought of a sesame sauce for ramen noodle salads and bang bang chicken. The sauce is pretty sweet, so adjust the sugar as you taste. If you plan to serve this to children, replace the sake for water as you won't burn off the alcohol. Recipe by 1630412 cookpad.japan
