My friend shared me this recipe. Try this butter with pancakes or French toast as it has such a smooth and light texture that goes great with maple syrup or jam.

I suggest using a large deep bowl when mixing the butter. Otherwise, it splatters when you add the milk.
In Step 3, this incorporates air and makes for a fluffy finish. Recipe by Hoink

Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsButter (salted)
  2. 50 mlMilk (or low fat milk)
  3. 1※ Electric hand mixer
  4. 1※ Deep bowl

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put the butter in a bowl and leave at room temperature to soften. You want it to be soft enough so that you can easily press down with a finger.

  2. 2

Once butter has softened, mix with an electric beater at low speed. Divide the milk into three portions and pour in, whipping well after each addition.

  3. 3

When you've poured in all the milk, increase the speed to medium and whip until a pale, smooth, and fluffy consistency.

  4. 4

Transfer to a container and chill in the fridge.

  5. 5

Spread the whipped butter with maple syrup on toasted bread.
