I hated whipped cream until I tried some homemade. Its a whole other animal! With a little vanilla extract and stevia to kick up the sweet, this will go great on fresh fruit or baked goods.

This is just a simple whipped cream that everybody can enjoy.

This simple whipped cream has a deliciously lemon flavor and is wonderful on and in cakes and cupcakes, on pies, brownies, cookies and bars. Topping drinks and ice cream sodas, any where you want a lemon flavored whipped cream!

I created this recipe because I wanted to make cream that was a little bit different to your everyday stuff. As I had strawberries on hand, I made this.I used 10 g of sugar, but if you like things on the sweet side, add a little more. Recipe by jh2trz
