Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, mix all the wet ingredients. Combine the dry and the wet ingredients, mix until there are hardly any lumps.
- 2
Preheat mini loaf pans in the air fryer at 400F (200C) for 2 minutes.
- 3
Spray some oil into loaf pans. Scoop the batter into the pans, about 3/4 full, and air fry at 300F (150C) for about 20-22 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean or the internal temperature exceeds 194F (90C).
- 4
In the meantime, use a mixer to whip the butter until fluffy. Then, add the honey and continue to mix until well incorporated.
- 5
Spread the butter on to a slice of cornbread to serve.

Super Easy Honey Butter Cornbread Super Easy Honey Butter Cornbread
I bought honey butter cornbread from the store once. It was good, but far too expensive. The next time I was craving honey butter cornbread I decided to make it myself. The trick is using real butter. Margarine will work, but it has a much higher water content that could make the cornbread soggy. StephieCanCook -
Cornbread Cornbread
My Mom Babe taught me how to make cornbread. We closely followed the Alber's Cornmeal cornbread recipe adding more sugar, melting Crisco shortening instead of using cooking oil, and adjusting the flour and cornmeal measurements. I use more flour and less cormeal instead of 50/50 so the cornbread does not crumble apart as bad. This is a sweeter cornbread with a cake like texture. So good! sandra53
