Mild Soy Milk Sesame Ramen Mild Soy Milk Sesame Ramen
The soup that comes with instant ramen is very salty, so I made a light flavored soup that my daughter likes. She loves the taste of soy milk, so she just eats and drinks up this ramen.Adjust the amount of chicken stock depending on the brand and the age of your child (or children) who will be eating the ramen.Ths soup is lightly flavored, so adults may want to add some of the powdered soup that comes with the ramen noodles. You may want to cut up the noodles depending on how old your children are. Sapporo Ichiban Salt Ramen Carbonara Sapporo Ichiban Salt Ramen Carbonara
Using the salt flavored ramen as a rich base, I wondered how it would turn out as carbonara, so I made this. (This is a good chance to use up pizza cheese!) The salt flavor still remains, and it properly turns into carbonara. For those of you who prefer a rich flavor, decrease water and increase milk. Use as much mixed cheese as you like as well. Increase the amount if you want to make it richer. When using soy milk, use 150 ml water (to dilute). You can also add spinach or corn. For 2 servings. Recipe by Mihono kitchen cookpad.japan -
