I made this for my friend who loves salt ramen.
When you're trying to reduce down the soup, don't let it burn! For 1 serving. Recipe by Takasawa Shunsaku
Steps

Put all ★ ingredients in a pot. Simmer and reduce slightly.
- 2
Add water and bring to a boil. Add ☆ ingredients when it's nearly boiling. Cook the noodles.
- 3
Pour the boiled soup into a serving bowl. Add the cooked noodles into the bowl as well. Top with green onions.
- 4
Add char siu (Chinese-style roasted pork) or menma (pickled bamboo shoots) if you like.
