Peach Compote Tart

I made peach compote, so I decided to use it to make tarts. They're also good with fresh peaches.
*; Yogurt Custard Cream goes well with these tarts too.
-If you make the compote a day ahead, the flavors soak in better. It's delicious.
* I used store-bought tart crusts here. If you want to make homemade tart crusts, please take a look at.

Cooking Instructions

Make the custard cream in the microwave. After it cools, put it in the refrigerator until well chilled.

Make the peach compote. After it cools, put it in the refrigerator to chill.

Wipe off the juices from the peach compote and cut it into eighths. I used a large peach. If you are using a smaller one, cut it into sixths.

Fill the tarts with custard cream and top with the peach compote from Step 3. Brush on the peach jam.
