Ingredients

4 servings
  • 360 mlWhite rice (mixed with a little bit of black rice)
  • 150 gramsOysters
  • 1Lily bulb
  • 2 tbsp●Usukuchi soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp●Sake
  • 180 ml●Jasmine tea

Steps

  1. 1

    Break apart the lily bulb and wash it until cleaned. Wash the oysters and soak in hot water.

    Put the rice and the ● seasoning ingredients into the rice cooker. Fill with jasmine tea until just below the 2 cup line.

    Cook the rice as usual.
