Lily Bulb & Oysters Jasmine Rice

I attempted to make something with a group of ingredients that are said to help with insomnia.
I bought jasmine tea bags from the supermarket and used the leaves to make the tea.
Since the oyster release moisture, it's best to only fill with jasmine tea until just below the appropriate serving line. Recipe by Purple tantan

Oyster and Ginger Rice Oyster and Ginger Rice
I made a rice dish using in-season oysters and ginger. The ginger is not just included to reduce the odor of the oysters, it's a great ingredient with on its own. This tastes better if you add lots of ginger. I used tender spring (new harvest) ginger this time If you are using regular ginger, soak it in water first to get rid of any bitterness, and add it at Step 2 a little before you add the oysters so that it can cook longer. If you like oysters, you can add more. Delicious Oyster Rice Delicious Oyster Rice
I usually make this with real dashi stock but I made it with instant dashi granules instead to make it easier. It tastes better if you add half of the ginger in Step 6 instead of adding it all in the beginning.Step 2: Please don't cook the oysters for too long.Step 2: I use pre-washed rice. (If using normal rice, please wash it first)Step 6: You can also replace the green onion with chopped mitsuba. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Simple Yellow Jasmine Rice & "Peas" Simple Yellow Jasmine Rice & "Peas"
Rice and Peas is a natural accompaniment to Jerk Chicken (which I shared yesterday):https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/recipes/5968381-simple-yellow-jasmine-rice-peasand since Jasmine is the default rice in our kitchen, Jasmine Rice and Peas it is. Though it's often made with some kind of red bean or pigeon peas, we had black beans in the cupboard, so I used those.Though turmeric is not a typical ingredient as far as I know, it adds an appealing natural yellow color, a barely detectable flavor in small quantities, and has great health benefits, so I often add turmeric to flavored rice dishes. Many Rice and Peas recipes include thyme, a Scotch Bonnet or Habanero chili, and sometimes even a little bit of allspice, which makes for a delicious standalone rice dish. But for me, in the case of something as hot, spicy and complex in flavor as Jamaican Jerk Chicken, the overall meal is enhanced by a simpler version of Rice and Peas with a mild savory note from a little onion and garlic, and the creamy offset to all that heat from a little bit of coconut milk.If you disagree, it's easy enough to add those herbs and spices back in. :) x -
Oyster Fried Rice-Style Oyster Fried Rice-Style
I like oyster rice, but I don't have the time to make it.So then it occurred to me that if I made fried rice and added oysters to it, I could make it pretty easily .Be careful not to over-cook in Step 2 Mix in the rice while you still have the oyster juices and the sauce for a rich flavor You can add more ingredients if you like, such as scrambled egg and vegetables, to make it like Chinese fried rice. This is also delicious. If you like spicy foods, add some doubanjiang. Recipe by rie-tin cookpad.japan -
